Exploring the Lost Opportunities Dashboard

Speech Analytics Lost Opportunities analyzes Call DNA data to find calls with an unsuccessful outcome. For example, a caller that hung up after being placed on hold. The data displayed about these failed calls may help you quickly understand the impact of these lost opportunities on your business. With the insights that you gain from the Lost Opportunities analysis, you may be able to make changes to your marketing and operations to reduce the number of failed calls.

Get Started

To get started using the Lost Opportunities dashboard:

 

  • Set the Date Range -To change the date range, you can either select one of the standard date ranges or create a custom date range.
  • Failed Call Impact - Configure the Average Conversion Value and Average Conversion Rate so that the dashboard can calculate the Failed Call Impact. See Key Performance Indicators for more information.
  • Applicable Lost Opportunities content - Decide what Lost Opportunities Types apply to your business. See Dashboard Settings for more information.
